These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by ModAuto Prompts, a DBA of Coverage Key Auto LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

ModAuto Prompts operates a text messaging program that delivers educational content about vehicle modifications and general auto insurance considerations. Depending on the consent boxes you check when opting in, you may receive:

• Account notifications: Confirmations, service announcements, and administrative messages related to your subscription.
• Marketing messages: Educational tips, new guide announcements, modification reminders, and prompts to review insurance considerations after changing your vehicle.

ModAuto Prompts is an educational resource. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker. SMS messages will not quote, sell, or solicit insurance and will not forward your information to any insurance carrier or agent.

2. Consent

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. Consent is provided by checking the applicable unchecked SMS consent boxes on our subscription form and submitting your phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or accessing any content on the site.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the categories you opted in to and site activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again on our subscription page.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy — No Sale, No Lead Sharing

Your mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will never be sold, shared, or transferred to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, or third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing may occur with subcontractors that support the SMS service (such as our SMS platform provider) under strict confidentiality, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
