ModAuto Prompts is an independent educational publication for vehicle enthusiasts and a DBA of Coverage Key Auto LLC. We create guides, articles, and plain-language explainers about custom wheels, sound systems, wraps, lift kits, window tint, and other aftermarket work, plus how those changes can factor into the questions carriers and adjusters may consider.
We are not an insurance company. We are not a licensed agent or broker. We do not quote, bind, or sell policies. We do not operate a marketplace or forward your information to insurance partners. Our content exists so owners can have better conversations with the licensed professionals they choose to work with.

ModAuto Prompts started as a group text thread. A few friends kept sending each other reminders after modifying their cars: check the receipts, save the VLT spec, update the vehicle profile before the next inspection. The thread turned into a shared document, then a small site, then this.
The mission stayed the same. Publish clear, useful reminders for people who build their own cars, and be very careful never to blur the line between education and insurance sales. That line matters, and we protect it.
